Organizational
politics are very important to an every organization, where this will play a
major role within the organization as a whole. Politics are a reality in most
organizations, where in order to secure resources, progress ideas, achieve
personal goals and even to enhance the one’s standing. Ferris argued that the
field of organizational politics remains largely unexplored, particularly with regard
to the subjective experience. The main focus of this research goes align with
the management experience, implications of the organizational change,
Individual performance, reputation and career. A good political behavior will
focus more towards the value of openness, honesty and integrity and ethical
leadership. One aim of this particular research is to explore the British manager’s
perception regarding this political background and the second aim will emphasis
on developing a framework liking the perceived antecedents of organization politic,
through political tactics.
